Conversation Type

The Conversation type allows you to define the conversation shape type. When selecting a different conversation type, an icon will appear in the bottom-middle of the shape as a visual marker.

he conversation type applies only to the Conversation and Sub-Conversation shapes.

This will create a visual queue at the bottom-middle of the selected shape.
