Question & Answers

The Question & Answers menu allows you to define specific questions and their applicable answers to the selected shape.

Using the "Question Answers" function in the "DMN" ribbon.

Navigate to the "Decision" panel in the "DMN" ribbon and click on the "Question Answers" function.

This will open the Question and Answers menu where you will be able to define decision specific questions.
