User Interface Overview

The Decision Modeler user interface consists of multiple pages, each containing either a DRD or a boxed expression in their main panel. Actions exposed to the user are organized under various ribbons above the main panel, side panels to the right of the main panel, and context menus displayed when you right-click a model element.

Each ribbon is divided into sections that contain one or more action buttons. The available ribbons, ribbon sections, and action buttons depend to some extent on the type of page (DRD or boxed expression) and the element selected on that page.

This UI Reference will briefly describe what each action button and context menu pick does, and will typically link to the appropriate entry in Working with Decision Modeler for more information on how to use it.
