Case Instance Name

The Case Instance Name attribute allows you to set a logic, a way to determine what is your case name when it is running. It will help you to recognize them when you have multiple instances of the same case running at the same time.

  1. In order to set the "Case Instance Name" attribute, navigate and right click on your case. Under the "Attributes" sub-menu select "Case Instance Name"

  2. A modal will pop-up (see the picture below) allowing you to select the logic you wanna use to determine your "Case Instance Name".

  3. In that logic you will be able to reuse the Case File Items present in your case.
